Last Day at Lids

Yesterday was my official last day at Lids. I was employed there for over 2 years and now I'm free from all that. It's funny because I still have that paranoia that something is going to happen at the store and that I should be concerned. I don't! I shouldn't! I have to keep thinking that. I got new resposibilties now. Where? I work as a personal assistant for Fatlace. Which should be really exciting!

So I'll try to keep things posted and interesting the fact I have more time and also that my new job does not restrict me inside a mall. Blah.

Oh and pictures! Everybody loves pictures! I'll get those in too! Now that I have time and energy. Oh man I forgot my laptop at home. I need to start carrying that thing around. Maybe I should get a Mac............

Went back to one of my favorite sushi places after not going there for
a couple of months. Totally missed it! Great food. Great prices. The
waitress there has been more and more of a friend than a server ever
since we started to eat there. :)

Birthday Bonfire

Went to a bonfire in Santa Cruz last Thursday. Thanks for inviting me, Tiina! =D Unfortunately, I didn't know the birthday people, but still had fun! I think the beach was called Seaport Beach or something. I have no clue, but all I can remember was that the sand was SUPER nice! The water wasn't as cold as you would think either. Weather was nice too. Overall a great night.

Watched Transformers on Thursday night with Kenny, Tiina, Alex, and...MY LITTLE BROTHER, CHRIS! Haha. He asked me the night before if I could take him to see the movie, but I couldn't since I worked all day. So I made it up to him and took him the next night. =) If you haven't seen the movie yet...Go see it! Anyways, after the movie, we decided to go eat at Jimmy's. Except Tiina. She decided to go home. Sleepy head. Anyways....Check out my brother feeling cool since he was out late with the "big kids"! =D

TERIYAKI BOYZ - SERIOUS JAPANESE

Okay, so after looking through my iPod for old songs to delete, I stumbled on Teriyaki Boyz. Boy, did I miss them. So did some googlin' and youtubin'.. and turns out they released a new album in January! Honestly, their Beef or Chicken album was OKAY. I had my favorite songs here and there. If anything, the skits got to me.. Anyways, THIS ALBUM! NICE!

Great opening with Pharrell and....CHRIS BROWN? Nice to see some more US artists floatin' overseas to do collabs with Japan. "Work That" gets this album at a great start and being followed with the oh-so-famous "Tokyo Drift". To seal the album up, "I Still Love H.E.R" gets its place as one of the closers.

Overall, this album gets a thumbs up from me!

So I received TWO stand ups of Robert Pattinson/Edward Cullen for my birthday from two people who rarely speak to each other. Hah! Talk about "hoping that someone doesn't get the same present as you"... It's okay tho!! Doesn't hurt to have another one! I mean how about if something happens to this one, then what?! Yeah...

Anyways, I actually had the time to clean up a spot in my room to put one of the Edwards up. It's not really going to stay there. Then again with my procrastination it may be another month or so...
